Mrs. Legassie
Hello! My name is Mrs. Legassie!
I am very excited to be one of your teachers this year! I am looking forward to getting to know each of you better as the year goes on. I will be your teacher on Mondays and Tuesdays.
This is my first year here at Fort Langley Elementary. I have wanted to teach here since I became a teacher in 2010. I look forward to many more years teaching in this awesome neighbourhood.
For the past six years, I lived on an organic dairy farm in Glen Valley about 8 minutes east of Fort Langley. We now live in an amazing community just 6 minutes west of Fort Langley. We have considered Fort Langley “home” for almost a decade.
Our daughter, Lexi, was born in July 2013. She is a very, very busy little girl!
Our son, Lochlan was born in June 2016. He is a happy, goofy little man. He likes copying everything his big sister does and never stops moving!

Mr. Legassie helped me build the meeting hut that is in our classroom. In 2009, we spent two months in Kenya and Tanzania, Africa. We even went on Safari! Perhaps that’s why our classroom has a safari theme! All of the photographs in our classrom are pictures I took when we were on safari!
